Jeet Kune Do (JKD) is a martial art created by Bruce Lee, one of the most influential martial artists in history. The name JKD translates into “The Way of Intercepting Fist”, which emphasizes the idea that the best way to win a fight is to attack during your opponent’s preparation to attack you.

Yuri Amadin is a martial arts instructor who has been practicing Jeet Kune Do from two schools: Jeet Kune Do Concepts under Dan Inosanto’s lineage and Jeet Kune Do Original under Ted Wong’s lineage. He achieved the level of Instructor under Burton Richardson for Jeet Kune Do Concepts and Instructor Level 1 under Mark Stewart for Jeet Kune Do Original.
